1. Originality of Submission

Authors must ensure that all submitted manuscripts are original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.

2. Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. Submissions with unacceptable similarity levels will be rejected immediately.

3. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors grant AFC Journal the right to publish and distribute their work. Authors retain moral rights over their content.

4. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process. The editorial team reserves the right to select reviewers and make the final publication decision.

5. Editorial Authority

The editorial board may edit or format the manuscript for clarity, style, and publication requirements without altering the core content.

6. Author Responsibilities

Authors must declare that the research complies with ethical standards, including approval for human/animal studies where applicable.

7. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Authors must disclose any financial, academic, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the research.

8. Data Accuracy and Integrity

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of data, results, references, and all claims made in the manuscript.

9. Retraction and Corrections

The journal reserves the right to retract published articles found to contain false data, plagiarism, or ethical violations. Corrections may also be issued when necessary.

10. Publication Fees

If applicable, authors must pay the article processing charges (APC) as per the journal’s policy. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

11. Open Access Policy

Published articles may be made freely accessible to readers under the journal’s open-access policy, depending on the journal’s model.

12. Author Identification

Authors must provide accurate affiliations, ORCID ID (where applicable), and valid contact information during submission.

13. Archiving and Indexing Rights

The journal reserves the right to archive, index, or deposit the published article in databases, repositories, or digital libraries.

14. Withdrawal Policy

Authors cannot withdraw a manuscript once accepted for publication. Pre-acceptance withdrawal requests must be justified in writing.

15. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising from publication in AFC Journal will be governed by the laws applicable in the journal’s registered location.
